What Happens When You Call
You will talk with someone who knows roofs, not a script. We start by asking what prompted the call. Maybe a brown spot is spreading over a bedroom, a few shingles landed on the lawn after a gusty storm, or the roof is just showing its age. From there we settle on a day that fits your week for us to stop by and take a look.
At the visit we check your roof, gutters and siding as needed. Anything that needs attention gets photographed, and we go over each picture with you so you can see exactly what we saw. After a winter of freeze and thaw, small problems around flashing and vents are common, so we point those out too. You get your estimate before any work is agreed. Ask about our current offer: Limited Time — $50 Off Your First Service Call.
Handy to Have Nearby When You Phone
- Where your home is and a couple of days that would work well for a visit.
- What has caught your eye, such as a water mark or missing shingles, and roughly how long ago you first noticed it.
- Photos of any leaks, stains or loose shingles, if you can safely take them from the ground or inside.
- The rough age of your roof and any past repairs you know about.
